U-CUBE (US) is designed as a pre-engineered structure for client installation on site, but can also be delivered fully or partially prefabricated. The walls, roof and floor panels are insulated in excess of Title 24 standards, with the optional addition of solar panels to take the unit entirely off-grid.

The small unit size and relocation potential of U-CUBE makes it suitable for interim uses on under-used or vacant urban lots. It also offers a semi-permanent solution for revitalizing disadvantaged communities, through the provision of local amenities such as shops, medical offices and day care centres. Arranged in combination the units can provide larger facilities, from classrooms to office units.
